Order files with the arrow buttons
The first file in the list provides the first output pages. Use buttons to move documents; precise dragging is unnecessary on a small screen.
- Add two or more PDFs from files or downloads.
- Check names and remove accidental duplicates.
- Put forms, supporting documents and appendices in the intended order.
- Merge, save the download and open the copy.
Before sharing in a message
Check order, page count and file size. If your messaging application has a lower size limit, prepare smaller batches; merging does not compress documents.
Avoid switching applications while a heavy batch processes. Encrypted PDFs may not open. For separately scanned fronts and backs, use Interleave to alternate pages instead of merging blocks.
